OPAS Online provides a convenient, powerful web portal for your organization’s schedule, programs, rosters and other details. All with secure logins and customizable user groups.
While you can configure OPAS Online with as many different logins/groups as you require, most organizations have two fundamental types of users:
- Orchestra Musicians – members of your orchestra, substitute and extra musicians, executive staff, board members, etc. For these users, OPAS Online is a read-only application for their web browser, phone or tablet that conveys schedules and repertoire. For orchestra musicians, full rosters and personalized service assignments are also available
- Orchestra Staff – for those who administer your orchestra, OPAS Online is a read-write application where – in addition to the calendar features – staff can create News Items, upload Documents, set and import Attendance, and more
