TeamViewer is a stand-alone application (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamviewer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.TeamViewer.com<\/a>) that is bundled with OPAS. TeamViewer allows OPAS Technical Support the means to:<\/p><ul><li>See your computer<\/li><li>Operate \/ control your computer and OPAS<\/li><li>Copy files \u2014 such as report files and update files \u2014 to your computer and the OPAS server<\/li><\/ul><p>To launch TeamViewer, select the\u00a0<strong>Remote Access<\/strong>\u00a0item from the list of program areas in the upper right-hand corner of the OPAS application. Click the small blue arrow to launch TeamViewer.<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/fineartssoftware.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/Remote_1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-194\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-194 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/fineartssoftware.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/Remote_1.jpg\" alt=\"Remote Access\" width=\"219\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a><\/p><p>TeamViewer may request access or permission to make changes to your hard drive. Click Allow.<\/p><p>When TeamViewer starts, send the 9-digit \u201cYour ID\u201d\u00a0code to OPAS technical support (\u201c222 222 222\u201d in the example below). If this is the case, you will need to launch TeamViewer manually from within the OPAS folder on the server.<\/p><p>Select the\u00a0<strong>Open OPAS Folder<\/strong>\u00a0item from the list of program areas in the upper right-hand corner of the OPAS application. On the left-hand side will be a list of drives.
