Tom\u2019s leadership and long-standing relationships with orchestras have played\u00a0a central role\u00a0in establishing OPAS as a trusted and vital platform for orchestra operations. Over the coming months, Tom will remain actively involved to support a steady and well-paced transition.\u00a0<br><br>As part of this planned succession,\u00a0<strong>Eva Tartaglia has joined OPAS as President, OPAS U<\/strong>S.\u00a0Eva brings extensive experience in orchestra operations and artistic planning, having worked at organizations including the\u00a0<strong>Portland Symphony Orchestra<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Virginia Symphony Orchestra<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Aspen Music Festival &amp; School<\/strong>. Over\u00a0nearly a\u00a0decade, she worked closely with Tom to develop a deep, practical mastery of OPAS, championing its capabilities while navigating the day-to-day realities of orchestra operations. Eva also brings experience in technology and product leadership; she is an MBA candidate at\u00a0<strong>Carnegie Mellon University<\/strong>\u00a0with a focus on technology strategy and product management.\u00a0<br><br>OPAS continues to evolve, supported by its global team, and your existing points of contact and support structures will remain\u00a0unchanged. There is no action needed from you at this time.
