OPAS Online Musician Portal – Schedule, Repertoire and more through a web browser and phone app

OPAS Online is a convenient, powerful web portal for your organization’s schedule, programs, rosters and other details. All with secure logins and customizable user groups.

While you can configure OPAS Online with as many different logins/groups as you require, most organizations use these two:

  • Orchestra Musicians – members of your orchestra, substitute and extra musicians, executive staff, board members, etc. For these users, OPAS Online is a read-only application for their web browser, phone or tablet that conveys schedules and repertoire. Full rosters and personalized service assignments can also be seen
  • Orchestra Staff – for those who administer your orchestra, OPAS Online is also a read-write application where – in addition to the calendar features – staff can create News Items, upload Documents, and set Attendance
